The returns policy is for goods purchased on the official Karen Murrell website. It does not cover Karen Murrell goods purchased from a third party e.g. retail store or other online retailer.
Karen Murrell Enterprises Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within ten days of your receipt of goods under the following conditions:
The product I received is not the product I ordered
We are so very sorry about that! We are all humans and whilst we very rarely make mistakes, they can happen! But do not worry we will get that fixed for you right away.
Provided the item is unopened, unused and in perfect condition we'll replace the item for the correct one and arrange for the return of the incorrectly sent item at no cost to you.
I received my item but I would like to swap it for something else?
No worries at all. Just get in touch with the team within 10 days of receiving your item and provided the item is unopened, unused and in perfect condition, we will exchange it for something else, you will need to cover the return of the item to us.
I have received my parcel and it is broken
Oh no! We make sure that our parcels are safe and secure when they leave us but things can happen in transit that is beyond our control. It is important that we are notified with in 24 hours of any damaged freight so we can a freight claim and arrange replacements for you. If possible, please email us a photo & details of damage.
My product is faulty
If you believe the item is faulty please contact us straight away - mail@karenmurrell.com . If the item is deemed to be faulty within 10 days from receipt of delivery we will organise courier collection, a replacement item (subject to availability) and re delivery, without delay with no cost to you.
